From humble beginnings in 1975 as a cheese chop, The Cheddar Box has become part of Louisville’s culinary lexicon one bite at a time. Customers who first visited us as children are now customers with their own children. Children especially love the aromas of freshly baked cookies and pies, and are always eager to help themselves to the complementary Goldfish crackers that were (and still are!) always waiting for them. We wouldn’t think of abandoning that cheese-crunch tradition. Adults love our menu that’s a pyramid of tasty surprises.
